Just like other media personalities in the country, Nzulla too has a history of how she managed to maneuver from childhood to fit for the position she is at the media-max owned Radio station. Speaking on an interview with Tuko interviewer here is what she revealed about herself.

Radio Maisha has been forced to go back to the drawing board to recruit new presenters after veteran presenters quit the radio station under unclear circumstances. Beatrice Maganga and Hassan Ali Kauleni both quit Standard Group recently after being employees of the company for 13 years. Standard Media Group has unveiled a number of presenters as Radio Maisha tries to bounce back from the setback.

Anthony Ndiema has been appointed by Radio Maisha head of the station as the new after making a comeback at the Mombasa Road-based station. She grew up and studied in the area before moving out to further her studies. Education She went to Tumaini Academy in Kwale town for her primary education. Here, she was made head girl in form one but transferred to Voi Secondary where she completed her secondary education.
She then joined Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology Karen campus in where she studied mass communication. Radio career Nzula attributes her first steps in the radio career to wife to Chirau Ali Mwakwere, Kenyan ambassador to Tanzania. She says that Mrs Mwakwere met her while she was looking for internship in while on a holiday. She took her in to Radio Kaya in Kwale where she started as a reporter before being given a show thanks to her skill.
Nzula grew at radio Kaya and was forced to do distance learning as she worked. Apart from radio, she is very good at doing features and can make a good TV presenter. She says her passion lies in doing live changing features.
